Service Bonus


ny itsQuest employee will receive a service bonus if the employee satisfies the following requirements:

  • The employee must work at least 1,700 hours during the calendar year (January 1 through December 31).
  • The employee must be active at the year end, which means the employee must have a paycheck during the month of December for the service bonus eligibility year.
  • The service bonus is 1.25 percent of the total earnings of the employee during the service bonus eligibility year. The earnings include both regular and overtime hourly pay.
  • The service bonus is considered earned wages and will be taxed and reported in the same manner as other earnings.

It is the responsibility of the employee to report to his or her itsQuest office that he or she is eligible for a service bonus. Once the report is made, the service bonus will be included on the next payroll cycle. The service bonus will not be paid in arrears or carried forward if the employee does not report eligibility within 60 days from the eligible date.

Health and Wellness

itsQuest employees may qualify for standard holiday pay, which is based on an average of hours worked daily during the qualifying period, up to a maximum of 8 hours. To earn standard holiday pay, the employee must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Work and be paid for at least 960 hours in the 26 week period prior to the holiday
  • Work at least 30 hours the week prior to the holiday.
  • Work the scheduled work day before and the work day after the designated holiday.

Eligible holidays include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.  Note:  If the client pays the holiday, the employee will not receive a second paid day from itsQuest.

Convenient Pay Option

Never wait in line to cash your paychecks again! itsQuest eases the frustration of check cashing by making simple direct deposit options available for our employees. Have your paychecks deposited directly into your personal checking or saving account.

If you do not have a personal checking or savings account, sign up for an itsQuest MasterCard pay card. No credit checks are required. With the pay card you have no checks to deposit or cash. The card also provides companion cards, cash back programs, money grams, roadside protection, health discount card, personal finance management, enhanced online banking and more!

Referral Bonus

Earn money for referring your friends and family to itsQuest. IF you refer your family or friends and they register with itsQuest while you are working for us, you earn an employee referral fee! You receive $25.00 for each employee referred by you who works a minimum of forty 40 hours within a 30 day time frame. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. The more people you refer, the more money in your pocket.
